Mexican Wanders terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy
All registrations have a nonrefundable deposit of 30% per person to save your space. Balance payments may be paid in full at the time of registration, or in payments over the duration of time, with full balance payment due by 45 days prior to the adventure start date or otherwise stated in program description. You can cancel your reservation for any reason 30 days or more before a program start date, and you will receive a full refund, less the nonrefundable deposit. We suggest refraining from purchasing airfare until you get clearance from us in the form of an email that the trip is full and will run. If a retreat is ever cancelled on our end for any reason, you will be notified immediately, and will receive a complete refund of all retreat fees, less any incurred money transfer fees, or be allowed to transfer to another travel adventure. If you opt for refund, then your refund will be given within 2 weeks of the cancellation. Travel insurance are mandatory for participation and the responsibility of participants.
